• Subscription refers to fees paid by You on a recurring basis to the Company for Services provided by it.

• Website refers to Omgiva.co, accessible from https://www.omgiva.co
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You are entitled to cancel Your Subscription at any time without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you can visit the billing section of the Website and cancel Your Subscription.

The Company does not have a policy of issuing refunds on cancelled Subscriptions.
